TSGL: No optiony for Internet Explorer in customize dektop

Michael,

Apparently, you'll need to uninstall KB943460 in
order to restore that option.  If you just want
to reinstate the icon to the desktop there's a
registry hack that'll do it.  Both solutions are
discused here:
