TSGL: moving files

The Freeware Picasa, I believe, will find all the photos. I haven't used it
much and have never tried to put all the photos together, but I suspect that
it will. http://picasa.google.com/download/thanks.html

Or, you might simply drag the 54 folders into a "super" folder and then
placing the created folder on the flash drive. It will take some time, but
not as much time as selecting every jpg in a folder and sending them to a
single folder on your flash drive.

Subject: Re: TSGL: moving files

A friend gave me her old computer when she got a new one.
She said she wanted to save the photos that were on it.
I'm thinking about giving her a flashdrive for Christmas with the pictures
on it, also I want to get the pictures off the HD.
She has over 2300 photos in 54 folders.
I tried the search command with *.jpg and this is where I got the figure of

over 2300+ pix.
I tried to select them all, right click and drag them all to one folder so
I
could transfer to the flashdrive when I get it.
It would not work, I got an error message saying that it could not find the

sources.
If I selected the folders one at a time I could move them but with 54 of
them I'm looking for a faster way?
