TSGL: Firefox and midi

Firefox will not natively play Midi files. However, there are plugins which
may help. I do not normally recommend using QuickTime. It's much too large
and recent versions are buggy and full of security problems (yes, Apple has
security problems, too). But if you want to hear Midi files on Firefox, you
need a player, and the Firefox QuickTime Plugin will do it for you. For the
download, go to ...

Subject: TSGL: Firefox and midi
Hi All,
I have the latest Firefox and IE6 on XPsp2. My brother put a play once on
page opening midi file on one page of his web site.
When I open the page in IE the midi tune plays once as intended.
However, when I open the page in Firefox there is stoney silence. Does
anyone know how I get Firefox to play the midi file?
Regards,
MikeC
