Couldn't you write a batch program to insert a "return" after every comma?

Subject: TSGL: arranging names vertically

I have a collection of over 300 free and shareware programs that I've
downloaded over the years.

I'd like to make a list of them with a brief description of each so I used
a
program called sendto toys to create a list of filenames.

This is an example of how the names were displayed in the list.

, audacity-manual-1.2.zip, audacity-win-1.2.4b.exe, audacity-win-1_0_0.exe,

autoruns.zip, AutoStreamer.exe, AVASTsetupeng.exe, avg75free_484a1100.exe,
avgas-setup-7.5.1.43.exe, avinstall.exe, BakedBeanMonth.exe, BGX1_A10.exe,
bitdefender_free_v8.exe, BitTorrent-4.0.2.exe ", boot cd.nrg", bootitng.zip,

BR55317.exe, Browser-Appliance-1.0.0.zip, BugDRTrial.exe,
burn4free_setup.exe,
BuyMusicDownloader-20060121-26220356.exe, callingidLinkAdvisor.exe,
card129.exe, ............

How can I arrange these names in a column so I can type the description
after each name?

I could do it in Word by pointing to each one and hitting enter but with
300
names this would be tedious and I would no doubt make a few mistakes.

Any ideas?
