TSGL: Microsoft Intellitype refuses to install

Hi All,
May be we should get back to work. Here is something serious.
Microsoft intellitype pro for Microsoft Keyboard WAS iunstalled on my
computer. I wanted to upgrade and uninstalled it. And now the new or even
the old version simply will not install. It will begin to install, the
installation progress bar will start a few inches and suddenly go all the
way, with the notice that it has been installed. However, I find no
directory or files. And no program entry.
I did the following:
Try in safe mode. Will not install, saying there was not enough hard disk
space
Try with no startups and services except microsoft services using msconfig.
No change, will not install.
Removed all references to intellitype from hard disks and registry and tried
again. No luck.
I could not remove the original driver, as I do not know its name.
I have a Microsoft media pro keyboard but I cannot use the special
features.
I tried Microsoft forums, found no reference to this problem.
I hope some of you can help.
Hasanat
