Dear engineman,
Bob was almost right and you would have found the correct answer if you
followed his lead to the special characters. a new line (or linefeed) is ^l;
if you wanted a new paragraph instead of a linefeed, use ^p (note the
letters must be lower case)
Of course the pointer to Karen's directory tool is probably a better overall
option.

Load the file in Word. Use replace (Edit/replace) to find the comma and
replace with a line break.
EG: in the "Find What" line, type in a comma
In the "Replace With" line type in ^ (Shift 6) which represents a
line break.
Then click "Replace All" and you're done.
By the way, the dialog box has a "More" Box. Click on that and then
"Special" and you will see a listing of special characters that you can find
or replace.
