I use a program called Autostreamer, it can be downloaded here free:

To make a slipstreamed XP disc you'll  need:
 
• Windows XP Installation Disk: [Home or  Professional and Pre SP1 and SP1 
Editions can be used]
• Windows XP Service  Pack 2 
• AutoStreamer
• CD-Writing Software
 
The resulting disk can be used to install or  reinstall XP on any computer 
with XP minimum requirements.
