TSGL: Nothing then a blank screen after PSU change

That usually means that the system is set to a screen resolution beyond the 
limitations of the monitor.  Is it an old monitor?  Possibly the new mobo 
has set the resolution too high for an older monitor to see.

Trouble is, without a visible screen, I'm not sure how you'd reset the 
resolution if you can't see the os.

I assume you've tried the usual F8, escape, delete keys, etc to try to get 
into boot menu so that you can boot into Safe Mode. Then you can lower the 
resolution.

Was the other monitor you tried capable of higher resolutions?
