TSGL: Real Audio Digital Rights Management (.RAX)

A friend's power supply failed, taking his mother board along with it. He
had been running XP Pro but decided to go with Vista Home Premium for his
replacement machine. I installed his old hard drive in an external enclosure
so I have access to all his files and have been able to figure out all of
his files except for music he purchased from Real Audio (.rax is the
extension). I've reinstalled Real Player and Rhapsody from the web site and
have signed on and "supposedly" reset his authorizations for this new
system, but the files still will not play. I've looked a several "media
converters" that advertise that they convert .rax to .mp3, but when I run
them, they all demand an authorized Rhapsody player.

Has anyone had any experience with .rax, especially with restoring rights to
the files when installing a new system?

Thanks,
Alan
