TSGL: UPS Recomendation

I have a Belkin UPS. After about two years it died and Belkin sent a
replacement for a "moderately" reasonable price. I'm not wildly
enthusiastic, but neither am I particularly hostile to Belkin. It's
definitely doing the job and can be set up to shut down the system on power
failure, but I haven't done that. I don't leave my computer on when I'm not
likely to be around for a number of hours so I can shut things down on my
own.
