TSGL: strange print problem

I don't know a darn thing about Epson printers. I really don't.
That said, I assume you have opened up the Printers consol and clicked on
properties to see if there are any properties that affect printing HTML?
The only reason I wrote this was because I've found (frequently) that the
most obvious solution is overlooked.
I'm sure you've already done this, but a reminder sometimes helps.

Subject: TSGL: strange print problem
I'm helping a friend who's using Win XP, SP2 and an Epson Stylus C62
inkjet printer. I've searched the Epson site, but couldn't find
anything to match our problem, and I haven't seen anything like it in
my years of supporting pcs.
The printer is fine with such items as spreadsheets, but won't print
what you see on a web page - it prints the underlying HTML code as if
I had invoked View Source before starting the print. Print Preview
also shows the HTML code.
These same web pages display in Print Preview correctly and print
correctly on my pc using Win XP, SP2 and a Dell inkjet. I have no
experience with Epson printers so would appreciate any thoughts
anyone may have.
