I think it's highly unlikely. The site host is not the same company as my 
ISP, and the likelihood of the ISP cache containing every visited website 
is pretty remote.

More likely perhaps is that the website host caches its pages. That being 
so, a "refresh" is not really a refresh at all.

I suppose I could test that theory by getting the client to look at the 
freshly-uploaded page on his computer.
