TSGL: Task bar freezing

Rayo,

You might try to get the Task Manager open when it hangs up. It might
take a while for it to open since things seem to be "frozen" but if
there's any processor idle time it may eventually open. This might show
something using a lot of time and provide a clue.

If the freeze happens reliably try opening Task Manager ahead of time so
you can switch to it easily. This might take some pre-planning since you
presumably can't bring Task Manager to the front by clicking on its
taskbar icon.
