Gene, 

Looks like you've picked up a virus or a Trojan.

I realize that you probably have anti-virus software on your computer, but
it may be no longer be updating or it may be disabled by the virus or Trojan
you've picked up. 

Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and run the full scan. It may require
you to download some software in order to work. That should not be a
problem. Do it! 

The scan will probably take quite a bit of time, but the time is worth it.
When it is finished, it will tell you whether or not you have a virus and/or
Trojan and whether or not it can clean it. If it attempts to clean the
virus, when it is finished, run the scan again to see if it is gone. 

And finally, if the virus/Trojan is still there after cleaning, you may want
to consider reformatting your hard drive and starting all over. Be sure to
back up everything you will need in the future before you do that.
