No solution. It seems intermittent (more curious).

I updated a website last nite, and the results were available immediately.

Updates to the same site a few nites ago didn't become visible until next 
day, even though "View source" at the time of update indicated the later 
amendments had been transferred over.

I've concluded there must be some form of caching external to my browser in 
play---either at my ISP or at the host server.
