I'm doing some 'tech support via email' for a computer illiterate
friend.

Can someone tell me if there's an 'easier' way to glean a computer's
MAC address than via an IPCONFIG /ALL at the command prompt?  Is there
any location in the UI that gives me the MAC address for a PC without
having him go to the command prompt?

The OS is Windows 2000, fully patched.
