TSGL: Changing browsers

You may be thinking about the Firefox add-on called IE View. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/35
Works great because when you come to a link, you right click and choose to open the link in an IE tab. I've even used it on Microsoft pages.
