TSGL: Solve this one, if you can!

This setting is under Tools/Options/ Mail Sending Format, which needs to be
Plain Text.

However, that removes the formatting option for all emails. If you are only
replying to a list message, you can set the "Reply to messages using the
format in which they were sent". This just removes the formatting option for
a reply to a text-only message.

Worth trying...

The most likely cause is that the your emails may contain formatted text,
which is generally forbidden by most forums for a number of good reasons
(mainly security-related). It is not a good practice at the best of times.

The defaults in OE need to be changed to "send plain text only" or some
similar setting.

Perhaps inadvertently, your messages may contain some element of
formatting--could be in a signature for example, or even italics.

Send a test to yourself and see if you can detect any part which looks as
if it might be formatted (ie not plain text).
Gmail probably doesn't have this option, which would explain why it gets
through.
