Most likely cause is over-aggressive email filters---either your internal 
OE filter settings, or probably at your own ISP's server.

The List's address contains the words "list" combined with "server". I 
suspect this could look a little spam-like to some blockers. Check your 
email junk filter at your ISP to see whether any replies to your OE emails 
are caught in there.

You might need to send a test email---just put "Test" in the subject-line 
so that the List readers will know.

Nothing is insoluble---except computer problems.
