This may be due to the "gmail problem" and further confused the issue by
introducing another problem while you're trying to diagnose the original
problem. I wrote only to make you aware that another problem may have
been introduced into the mix which really wasn't a part of the original
problem.
One thing you might try is to set your outgoing server to something
other than gmail and/or set your From address to something other than
your gmail address if OE allows this. I.E. use one of your other
accounts to send the mail but keep your reply-to address set to gmail.
The downside of this is that gmail will no longer contain all the
messages in a "conversation" because it didn't see the outgoing ones.
But that may not be important to you......???

Agreed.
I don't see my replies to the list unless someone else replies to them,
as you did here. But I'm aware of this so it doesn't bother me (as much)
as it used to.
