You may want to double-check the other Junk E-Mail settings as well (all the
tabs) and make sure those all look okay.

What is your Junk E-mail setting (it should be "No Automatic Filtering" or
"Low", not "High" or "Safe Lists Only")?

Thanks Michael,
I tried both, no luck that I see. What I'd like to do is be able to
redirect ALL my incoming mail to my inbox and start over. I cannot find an
option to do this, just one E-M at a time, and that will not fix the
problem. ALL incoming mail has to be programmed to go into my inbox at
least that would solve my initial problem. I could then direct the mail
into individual folders again.

If you created a rule to do this, I suppose you just go to "Rules and
Alerts" off the "Tools" menu and delete the offending rule. If that's not
the problem then you may want to "Options" from the "Tools" menu and check
under the "Junk E-Mail" button on the "Preferences" tab.

Hello again!!
I am using Office OL, 2003
I did a very 'bright' thing a few months ago and made a 'new rule' for one
spammer. I sent him to my 'permanently Deleted' file instead of just
blocking him. Well, suddenly ALL my mail was going to the deleted folder! I
then had to make a new rule for all the important things. Now, I have to
carefully go thru the Deleted folder each day to catch anything important
that slips thru and make a new rule for those.
How to I get back to square one where ALL my mail comes to my inbox. I can
then direct the mail back into folders.
Thanks,
Cyndi
