TSGL: Windows XP My Picture Question

I have a new PC at work with Windows XP Pro.   I brought some pics from home some of which need to be rotated.   When I go to My pictures and the folder where the PICS reside the rotation option is grayed out.

Does anyone know how to get this option back?
