As you are able to boot into Safe Mode, your screen resolution is probably
set to a resolution which the new drivers are not able to deliver.
System Restore should restore the previous screen settings. There should be
a Restore Point made when the new drivers were installed.
Or, much simpler, if you've made registry backups, try a registry restore
first from Safe Mode.
But I'm not clear why you were updating the display drivers in the first
place. Were you experiencing any display problems before the update?
