TSGL: Outlook Express

I think that getting stuck downloading the mail from the server is an OE 
'hic cup'

It happens to me with one paricular list, and I've gotten used to it. I just 
go to Mail2Web.com and release to number message that got stuck. That works 
for a couple of weeks, and then another'hic cup'
