Amazon.UK and Amazon.de show the cards but not available and they don't know 
when or if they will become available.
Ebay UK has none
Ebay Germany has one on Buy Now, nine days to go at 39.50 Euros (1.47 
x!)plus 4.10 Eur shipping. I have written to ask if it is a Type 1.

I think I could get it to you for another 4Eur.

Olympus and Fuji cameras use xd picture cards which can be used in the Canon
Pixma multifunction photo printer MP600. However, an adapter is needed.

Olympus told me that the part number is MACF-10, a CF adapter TYPE 1 for the
xd card. I was told that they have stopped importing this TYPE 1 adapter, as
Canon seemed to be the only one using it, but that leaves me with a great
photo printer that won't accept my xd cards. The TYPE ll adapter is too
large, and does not fit the Caanon slot.

Since TYPE 1 is probably still available in Europe, Asia, and perhaps
elsewhere, I need the name and URL of a reliable source, for the MACF-10
type 1 adapter, that will send it to me in the USA, payment by credit card.
The price was about $35US, when it was available.
