TSGL: Need non- USA help

I presume you've seen this page but just in case:

It just shows a picture of the adapter and confirms the number macf-10.

Have you contacted Canon at 1-800-828-4040. Some of their support pages 
say that if you can't find the accessories your looking for to call that 
number. I would think Canon would be a better bet than Olympus for the 
adapter.
