TSGL: List of what to put on a new PC?

This weekend I'm configuring a new-to-him Windows XP PC for my dad.  I'm hoping people can share their lists of what they put on a new PC when they configure one.  I know about the ususal stuff: Flash player, Winzip, Quicktime, Firefox.

Anyone care to share their configuration lists?
