TSGL: Recycle Bin restored folder

It's gone! "My Music" folder somehow got put into the Recycle Bin a while ago, with all my
archived and reformatted music files. When I finally found it in the Recycle Bin, I
restored it, but where did it go? It should have gone back to from whence it had come. No,
it has  disappeared from Windows Explorer tree next to My Pictures, and has defied all my
attempts to find it via Search and Agent Ransack. I opened many a '+' sign on the Explorer
tree, but it wasn't buried there.

I even did a System Restore, but it did not restore the Recycle Bin, from which it had
disappeared, after I did the 'restore' from there.

Have I left some stones unturned? What would be the procedure to locate a lost folder?

Any suggestions?
