I have. Can't get into bios to change the boot order to boot from CD. It 
just freezes solid straight after POST.

So BartPE won't bart. Or start. It's not even hunting for anything.

Power on/off works fine, so it doesn't seem to be a PS fault.

I haven't tried dropping it from a great height yet. That comes next.
