TSGL: MS July Update

I have my settings to notify before downloading updates.
I do have KB951748 in my add/remove list. I don't remember specifically 
installing that, but I must have on 7/9.

I also got the single update for the MSRT a couple of days ago on one of 
my comps. No other updates with that.

What is going on?   . . . Not a clue, but your not alone!
