TSGL: XP SP3

I think one of the reasons for my good luck (I have NEVER had to reinstall Windows) is
that I don't ever have anything running that doesn't need to be there when installing
ANYTHING.

Thanks for all the advice.  SP3 is wending its way ever so slowly (2 days now) to my
computer. When it finally arrives I'll try installing it.

Did any of you disable your AV or other security software?
