With a broadband connection, I started downloading/installing it, but 
it quit just before finishing with : Access Denied.  It took as much 
time backing itself out and then I couldn't get on the net.  Luckily 
MS set a restore point before downloading.

A MS tech was very quick to identify the problem, but as an extra 
safety precaution, I sent away for the CD and will try again in the next week.
