TSGL: Using a Vista generated file (video) on another Vista machine

I have used this many many times over the last few years for playing 
files and also converting. I have no issues with it so highly recommend 
it whereas the codec packs, I have had problems with. Maybe you could 
give it a go and see for yourself.
