TSGL: I Need Help With .ivr Files, Please

Right now I'm not crazy over Real Player but I actually had no  choice if I 
wanted to copy the live streaming cameras, nothing else worked and  they tell 
you, even on the nesting Osprey's in Scotland to use Real  Player.
I already have the K-Lite Codec Pack installed, that's at least  a start on 
this last one.
I'm just going to have to print all the instructions and go  step by step.

I do appreciate your help, I'm further along than I was before  you 
responded, I don't think I'm going to find an easy "magic bullet" for this  one.

I  had to install Real Player to be able to record live  camera feeds on  
eagles, ospreys, falcons, etc., while they're  nesting.  I don't  know

Does anyone know how I might be able  to change Real Player from  recording

.ivr or does anyone know of  a program that can change the format to  a more 
universal  format?  I need to be able to upload the recordings  to my group

Wavelit so that all the members can view  them.
I'm open for any  advise as long as it's not too technically  difficult.
My OS:   Windows XP Media Center  Edition w/Service pack 3
