TSGL: Antispyware SW on a Wink2K Box?

Hi There,

I need to put some 'free' anti-spyware software on a friend's Windows 2000 box.  I've been running Windows Defender on XP (Defender doesn't work on Win2K) for a while so I'm a little behind the latest and greatest.

What do people prefer these days?  I'm looking for something that's relatively painless to run and keep updated - Not something that is constantly popping up dialogs, warnings, installing new features etc - Every time that happens I'll get a phone call.  Suggested settings to keep things clean would also be appreciated.
