Thanks for your prompt response Ed.
That's what I expected. But it seems to be missing in the right-click
context menu in Word2007.
I've no doubt it could be saved first as a .doc file, then "sendto" email,
which I think is what you are suggesting. But I was looking for a way to
send it direct from within Word straight to email. The other workaround
would be to compose the message in Word, then copy and paste into Winmail.
Also I couldn't get any sense out of the 3 email icons in word---nothing
that sends it to email, anyway. They only open more cryptic boxes which
make little sense to anyone other than anyone with a University degree
majoring in Word.
I'm not sure whether it's Word 2007 or Vista--or maybe a combination of
both--which all seems so non-intuitive to a bear of little brain.
Yes, there is translation software, for what it's worth. But that doesn't
answer the question as to whether she can use her computer in bilingual mode.
