With Dixml you'll always be able to see the contents of an image, meaning
each file that was included with an image. There are two different options:
- Image of a partition, or
- Drive-to-Drive imaging
Personally I've never had to play back an image and therefore can't tell you
much about it. I guess you'll have to either use a Win XL CD like Bart PE or
other to set the new partition *active* using Windows disk management
options, or any other partitioning tools, like for instance BootIt NG, PM or
such.
