Tilman -
I have a good friend who is 80+, loves his computer, uses a large print
program (ZoomTex), a 23" flat Samsung monitor, wireless mouse, large print
keyboard (Keys -u- see), DSL, and a multifunction inkjet printer from Canon.
If someone were to tell me about elderly people not being able to grasp new
ideas, they would have to do a lot of convincing to move me.
Make it large print; use audio where possible; and get her on the Internet
on an 'always on' basis. And by the way, no lecturing, just answer the
questions as they come.
Great bonding tool.
