TSGL: Firefox annoyances--another one

Sometimes the "extensions" files become corrupt and
new/updated addons won't install or uninstall despite
several restarts.
To solve, delete the files "extensions.ini",
"extensions.cache" and "extensions.rdf"
from your original profile folder, which Firefox will
rebuild
