TSGL: An interesting problem

I have a small network at work and it seems like once or twice a year I
have to recycle the power on both the modem and the router. I just go
ahead and do them both. I dont know why it happens but just accept it
and try that first and also tell people who call me to do that and more
often than not it works again.
