TSGL: I Need Help Getting A Web Site Shutdown

Thanks for such a quick response, I appreciate  it.
I did go to _www.whois.com_ (http://www.whois.com)   and enter the URL and 
the only result that I got was that 
_http://puppyprofits.com/_ (http://puppyprofits.com/)     was being used and 
wasn't  available, did I do something wrong?
