TSGL: Hotpop.com

Hi there everybody,
I think there was a question about hotpop.com in this circle a while ago, so maybe there is at least one person here who might be able to help.

Tried to use their support several times but no luck, it is always "temporarily not available". I really don't know what is going on - maybe they are close to a break-down and can't do the promised job any more and I should better stop using their service, or do they offer support only for paying customers? 

My problem is that I can't get a few addresses to be blocked. I thought they are maybe changing the address every time, but no it is always the same info at der-fondsreport.de (there is one more address that I can't get blocked). I am checking my incoming mails using Magic Mail Monitor, so can check the source code before downloading the message and they are using different senders names like "Der Fonds-Report" or "Geldanlage Report" but the only address I can see in the source code always is the above mentioned.

I did block the address weeks ago so maybe it is a question of how long it takes until the blocking actually works, but I think usually it works much quicker. And so far it does work with 22 addresses as it seems, don't remember each and every address, so it might happen that the one or other causes the same problem and I just do not realize it, as their mails do not come in so often/regularly. So does anybody know if there is a trick, the senders can use to make hotpop ignore the fact that the address is blocked, or could there be a reason why hotpop can't block this address? I have addresses blocked that include a "-" as well as ".de"-addresses and their blocking is working.
