TSGL: O.E. settings to enlargn screen

If OE is the only program with this problem then you need to place curser arrow on the Title Bar, hold and then move it to align the top and left side with your monitor screen, release, then place the curser on the bottom right edge until you see double arrows, then stretch it until the screen is covered.

For some unknown reason, Outlook Express 6 screen has become very small when 
viewing mail.
Anyone know which setting has slipped, and how to correct to normal?
