Doug,

While I haven't heard of this problem in a while, the problem used to be
solved by deselecting "Auto-Select" for encoding.

To disable the Auto-Select option for encoding, on the View menu, point to
Encoding, and then click to clear Auto-Select.

If that is your problem, this should solve it,

Russ Coover

Subject: TSGL: Cannot print from web

I am helping a local Baptist minister set up a new computer. Here are the
hardware details:

Compaq Presario with Vista Home Premium SP1

2 Printers - HP LaserJet P1106
                    HP OfficeJet 7210 All-in-one

Both printers will print a wordpad document.

When we try to print the contents of a web page in IE or in FF, the "Print
Preview is a blank page.
When we hit the print button, both printers will spit out a blank page.

Turning off the firewall has no affect on this, and turning off 'windows
defender" has no affect either.
The only other security SW running is Avast (free version)

Anyone have any suggestions or experience with this?

TIA
Doug McCarter
