TSGL: Outlook 2003 to 2007 migration

I'm contemplating it and have a couple questions.

Is it possible to have Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 on the same PC? (I have
Vista in case it makes a difference).

Once I have installed Outlook 2007, is there a way to directly import
everything from my Outlook 2003 pst? By everything I mean all my email
accounts, my rules, my contacts, calendar, all my folders and emails.
