Your registry cleaner probably deleted the pps association with your
browser. So reinstalling the pps viewer won't help--you'd need to reinstall
your browser or reset its options to play pps files. I think you mentioned
Firefox at one stage. You might find that pps is an optional firefox plugin
which you'd need to reinstall.

Try the new Google Chrome browser. It's free on the Google page and very
impressive. I never liked Firefox at all, tried it for a short time but
found it a bit buggy and not all that user-friendly.

After using Maxthon for many years, I've now made Chrome my default
browser. It really is very fast in all respects and I'm very impressed,
especially by its security features (warns you about any dubious websites
and absolutely bars bad ones). By fast I mean it opens almost instantly and
gets new links almost like they were on your own computer. And I don't even
have particularly fast broadband. I timed it just now. From completely
closed, it opened and loaded Google Search page in less than 1 second.

I tried your link and Chrome downloaded the file into its downloads page
automatically, from where I could play it (great fotos, nice music). Took
about 10 seconds to download.

You have snow---we have bushfires. Wanna swap? Berlin looks deliciously
cool---it's hot n humid sticky here right now. I'd give anything for a bit
of surplus snow.
